Women’s circle

After the isolation of living in a coercive and controlling relationship, our group focus is on deepening the connection with our inner knowing, ourselves, and each other…

This bi-weekly processing circle is a compassionate space for women to share and heal together while in the process of leaving, and in the aftermath of ending, toxic relationships and narcissistic abuse. Each session offers the opportunity to share your story, be witnessed, and hold space for other members in a confidential, trauma-informed environment. Guided by Sarah Dugas, LSWC, NATC, the circle blends compassionate listening with grounding practices and education to support emotional regulation, safety, and clarity as you navigate transition and recovery. Join us to connect with women who share similar lived experiences and truly understand the pervasive impact that coercive and controlling relationships can have on mental wellbeing, identity, and daily functioning during and after the relationship. This supportive community fosters resilience, restores a sense of self, and provides practical tools to help rebuild boundaries and healthier relational patterns.
