What to Expect From a Phone Reading

If you've never had a psychic reading over the phone before, the most common question is some version of: does this actually work the same way as being in the room? Short answer: yes, more than most people expect. Here's how it actually works.

Why Distance Doesn't Change the Work

Intuitive information isn't bound to physical proximity. What I'm reading is energy and pattern, not body language or facial expression, so a phone reading isn't a lesser version of an in-person one. It's simply a different delivery method for the same work.

This is part of why I see clients across the United States and internationally by phone and video, not just women near Scarborough, Maine. Many of my long-distance clients say the reading felt just as personal and specific as an in-person session, sometimes more so, because there's less to manage logistically and more room to just settle into the conversation.

What Happens During the Call

The structure mirrors an in-person session closely. At the start, I explain my approach: I read energy and patterns with the intention of supporting your growth, and I say that aloud at the start of every session, phone or in-person. From there, the reading unfolds the same way it would in the room. I share what I'm seeing, you respond or ask questions, and the shape of the conversation follows what you actually need that day.

Sessions run thirty or forty-five minutes, the same length as in-person appointments.

How to Prepare for a Phone or Virtual Reading

A few things make the call itself go more smoothly:

  • Find a quiet, private space. You don't need anything elaborate, just somewhere you won't be interrupted and can speak freely.

  • Use headphones if you can. It tends to make the call feel more intimate and cuts down on background noise.

  • Have a notebook nearby. The same advice applies whether you're in the room or on the phone: a lot of what surfaces lands more fully a few days later, and notes help you return to it.

  • Settle your body before the call. Eat beforehand, take a few slow breaths, and give yourself a few quiet minutes before we begin.

Who Chooses Phone or Virtual Readings

Distance clients are the most obvious fit, women anywhere in the country or internationally who can't make it to Scarborough in person. But plenty of local clients choose phone or video too, especially when a private space at home feels more comfortable than traveling to a session, or when scheduling makes a call simply easier to fit into a busy week.

There's no wrong reason to choose this format. It's simply another way to get the same work.

FAQ

Is a phone reading less accurate than an in-person one?

No. The intuitive process doesn't depend on physical presence. Many long-distance clients report the same depth and specificity as an in-person session.

What if the call drops or there's a technical issue?

It happens occasionally. If we lose connection, I'll call back right away, and we simply pick up where we left off.

Can I record the call for my own notes?

You're welcome to take your own notes or record during the call

Ready When You Are

Wherever you're calling in from, the work is the same: real attention, real perception, meeting you exactly where you are.
